We will take the spots and randomize them 5 times.
Then we will take the 8 NFL Divisions & the 6 NBA divisions, combine them (so 14 total) into one list and then we will randomize that list of divisions 5 times.
We will match up the divisions with the spots. Each spot will receive 2 divisions
Although each spot is guaranteed 2 divisions, it is not guaranteed that you will get 1 division from each sport represented in this break. Meaning you could end up with 2 NFL divisions and 0 NBA divisions, or have 2 NBA divisions, but 0 NFL divisions.
