Configuration:
Look for 3 Refractors per box, 5 Colored Parallels per box, 1 Insert per box, and 2 Autographs per box on average.
Random Conference - There will be 6 spots, 5 Power 5 Conferences and One spot that encompasses all other conferences/independents. Notre Dame will be an independent as they are only ACC for Basketball.
We will randomize the spots 5x, then the conferences 5x.
From there we will pair up the two lists so every spot gets a conference in the break.
