2025-26 Upper Deck Ice Hockey Hobby 8-Box Case

Upper Deck Ice has been stripped down to the studs and rebuilt as a premium, Hobby-exclusive one-pack-per-box product! Popular product staples such as Ice Premieres, Sub Zero, Glacial Graphs, and Signature Swatches return with a new construction, and some spectacular new sets have been added. Additionally, all autograph cards remain hard-signed!

Every card in the 2025-26 edition is at least 60 pts. thick and features a premium tech build or a solely tech substrate. Here are some highlights of the product rebuild:

• All Base Set cards - including the Ice Premieres rookie subset - along with the non-mem parallels, are 70 pts. thick with an acetate front and back, and a C2S filler.
• The fronts of the Sub Zero cards have been treated with a decorative coating process and are now 60 pts. thick (3-times thicker than previous versions).
• The all-new Black Ice and Black Ice Rookies cards sport acetate fronts and backs with a black chipboard filler.
• Glacial Graphs cards, along with the new Hand Stamped and Fire and Ice cards, sport a C2S front and back with an acetate filler.
• The plexi lineup has doubled with the addition of Dry Ice (to go along with the returning Exquisite® Crystal set).

Autograph collectors, rookie card collectors, monster hit seekers and those just simply looking for more high-end cards with a visual wow factor are going to love the reimagined Upper Deck Ice!

The 200-card Base Set consists of 100 top veteran cards (at least two players from all 32 teams) and 100 Ice Premieres rookie cards broken into four numbered tiers: 999, 499, 249 or 99. The parallel lineups for both the Base Set and Ice Premieres subset are headlined by the new 1-of-1 Champagne Gold cards. They will be massive chase cards! Also keep an eye out for, among others, Gold (numbered to 25), Patch (numbered to 35; game-worn), Red Auto, Gold (numbered to 25) and Gold Auto (numbered to 10) parallels of the Base Set, and Gold (numbered to 25) parallels of the Ice Premieres subset. Each box will contain, on average, two Base Set cards and one Ice Premieres card numbered to either 999 or 499.

The Ice Premieres offering doesn’t end with the Base Set! The latest edition of Upper Deck Ice sports an abundance of Ice Premieres auto, mem and auto-mem sets featuring just top rookies from the 2025-26 class. Look for the following:

• Ice Premieres Auto cards numbered to 299 or 199, as well as Gold parallels numbered to 25.
• Ice Premieres Jersey cards falling one in every three boxes, on average, along with Auto Jersey (numbered to 35), Patch (numbered to 25) and Auto Patch (numbered to 10) parallel chase cards!

The stunning Glacial Graphs set is back! Autographed by top veterans and young stars, these cards will be a hit with any type of collector. Keep an eye out for Black parallels (numbered as low as 5) that sport silver ink autos. Some will also boast an inscription!

The Sub Zero Stars (numbered to 399), Sub Zero Rookies (numbered to 499) and Sub Zero Rookies Photo Variant (numbered to 49) sets are back as well. The checklists for both rookie sets focus on the top names in the rookie class - especially the Rookie Photo Variants where cards were made for just five top rookies! Keep an eye out for Blue Auto, Gold (numbered to 24) and Gold Auto (numbered to 10) parallels of the Rookies, Gold (numbered to 8) parallels of the Stars, and Gold Auto (numbered to 10) parallels of the Rookie Photo Variants!

Signature Swatches cards return after a one-season hiatus. Each numbered card features a hard-signed autograph alongside a game-worn jersey or patch swatch! From the top pick in the 2025 NHL draft to active superstars, the checklist is stout! Any Signature Swatches card will be a prized addition to any collection - especially a numbered Spectrum Patch parallel.

Look for Exquisite® Crystal plexi cards! With a limited print run, a beautiful design and a checklist loaded with top rookies, top second- and third-year players and active superstars, these cards are surefire hits!

For the first time in 20 years, UD Ice will feature Cool Threads cards! Each card is numbered to 249 and features a game-worn jersey swatch. Be on the lookout for some amazing parallels (all numbered): Auto Jersey, Patch and Auto Patch!

With a great design, foil, decorative coating on the front and back and sensational checklists, the all-new Black Ice & Black Ice Rookie cards are sharp and sure to be an instant hit! Lucky collectors will pull a Gold Spectrum parallel (numbered to 25) of either!

While more common than most of the cards in the product, collectors will still be delighted by the Breaking the Ice (top rookies and young superstars), Cryogenic (superstars and top rookies), Showmen (superstars and top rookies) and Tickle the Twine (top goalscorers) sets. All four look amazing and the Breaking the Ice, Cryogenic and Tickle the Twine designs are accentuated with deco linework. Each box will contain, on average, one of these cards.

Look for numbered and hard-signed Fire & Ice cards sporting a top-sheet die-cut and a checklist consisting of top veterans and young stars. The are two versions: the Ice versions sport blue paint pen autos while the Fire versions sport red paint pen autos!

Be the first to collect the all-rookie hard-signed Hand Stamped set! This set also features a top-sheet die-cut and gold paint pen autos. Keep an eye out for Red parallels numbered to just 10!
