Find the specific MVPs in the program you are participating in.
Print out the submission form. Confirm that you are only sending the cards that appear in the submission form. Other cards will not be accepted.
Record the number of cards by category and type for each player on the following sheets, including the total number of cards and buyback value of each card.
Fill out your personal information on each sheet, including your account info for Steel City Collectibles. You must create an account with Steel City Collectibles prior to submission. This is separate from your Topps account.
Mail your package to Steel City Collectibles. All packages must be received no later than the submission end date in the program you are participating in. You are responsible for paying for shipping / handling costs.All submissions must only include eligible cards for this buyback program. Please do not sleeve and top load each card individually. Doing so may cause a delay in your cards being processed.
Once your package is received, you will receive a credit to your Steel City Collectibles account, redeemable for online purchase through the website. Please keep all tracking details until credit is received.
