The 2026-27 edition of collector-favorite O-Pee-Chee Platinum boasts a 300-card Base Set consisting of 200 top veteran cards (at least four players per team) and 100 Marquee Rookie cards, all on dazzling platinum stock! Every pack contains three Marquee Rookie cards on average! Look for rookie cards of Victor Eklund (Islanders), Anton Frondell (Blackhawks), James Hagens (Bruins), Konsta Helenius (Sabres), Cole Hutson (Capitals), Porter Martone (Flyers), Ilya Protas (Capitals), David Reinbacher (Canadiens), Brayden Yager (Winnipeg), Carter Yakemchuk (Senators), and more exciting newcomers!
The wide variety of color and pattern combinations, and the large number of chase cards, make the parallel lineup arguably the most popular in hockey. This year’s lineup also features two exciting newcomers: Purple Riptide (numbered) and the super colorful and outside-the-box Street Graffiti (numbered to 99), which will stand out in the pack just like those golden beauties (Seismic Gold and Golden Treasures)! Every box contains an average of six Rainbow, three Sunset, and two Pink Magma parallel cards, and, in addition to the newcomers, you’ll want to keep an eye out for the perennial-favorite chase parallels like Cosmic (numbered to 65), Seismic Gold (numbered to 50), Orange Checkers (numbered to 25 and Hobby Exclusive), Emerald Surge (numbered to 10), Bioluminescence (numbered to 5), and one-of-one Golden Treasures!
O-Pee-Chee Platinum offers some of the season’s first hard-signed rookie cards, most notably from the very popular Rookie Autographs set. The 2026-27 rookie class is loaded with high-end prospects and budding superstars that have already made an impact in the NHL, such as Anton Frondell and Porter Martone. The parallel lineup, which closely mirrors the parallel lineup of the Base Set, features multiple chase cards. Keep an eye out for Hobby-exclusive Orange Checkers (numbered to 15) parallels and the product’s biggest hits, the one-of-one Golden Treasures parallels!
Collect the 100-card Retro set! With a sharp new design and a checklist consisting of a mix of veterans and rookies, with each rookie card sporting a RC designation, this season’s set will be a hit as always. Collect six Retro cards per box on average!
There are also several incredible parallels to collect, from the perennial-favorite Rainbow, Houndstooth (numbered to 15), one-of-one Golden Treasures, and hard-signed Red Auto Parallels, to the Green Laser (numbered) Parallel that was well-received in its 2025-26 debut. Every box will contain an average of at least one of these parallels!
Get ready to collect the new Platinum Plus set-within-a-set featuring 100 of the league’s top stars and rookies on an elevated Platinum design... and there’s a twist! While the Platinum Plus set is printed on platinum stock, all its parallels are printed on Acetate stock! Collect an average of one of these striking new cards from every pack and look for Blue (numbered), Orange (numbered to 99), Purple (numbered to 49), and one-of-one Gold parallels.
